Please see the video guide below that follows the steps required, alternatively please review the text based guide underneath the video<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Using Zapier to send a ContentBot Document to Shopify as a blog entry\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/O0xznRXpA2k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_ca223e3088\">Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/apps\/contentbot\/integrations\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/zapier.com\/apps\/contentbot\/integrations<\/a> and select the <strong>Try it<\/strong> Button on the right of the <strong>Create Shopify blog entries from new ContentBot documents<\/strong> template tile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_cc9defe416\">Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Configure your Trigger :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select The Trigger Tile on the Zap editor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This opens on the <strong>Account <\/strong>tab, (the <strong>App &amp; event <\/strong>are already populated). Please check that the correct <strong>ContentBot<\/strong> account has been selected, and then select <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Continue <\/strong>and <strong>Test Trigger, <\/strong>and <strong>Continue<\/strong> again once the test is successful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_ba031c85ad\">Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Configure the Action :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Create Blog Entry in Shopify <\/strong>action tile opens on the <strong>Account <\/strong>tab, (the <strong>App &amp; event <\/strong>tab is already populated).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please check that the correct <strong>Shopify <\/strong>account is selected, if you have not yet connected your <strong>Shopify <\/strong>account, please select <strong>Sign in, <\/strong>then enter your <strong>Shopify username <\/strong>in the format specified and select the <strong>Yes, Continue <\/strong>button to authenticate. Then to authorise Zapier to use your Shopify account, select <strong>Install App.<\/strong> Then select <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check\/Populate the <strong>Action <\/strong>details, in this example we select the default <strong><em>News <\/em><\/strong>option for <strong>Blog <\/strong>and type in the <strong>Author Name, <\/strong>we will also keep the following prepopulated settings &#8211; where we use the ContentBot <strong><em>Title <\/em><\/strong>as the <strong>Title <\/strong>and the ContentBot <strong><em>HTML <\/em><\/strong>as the <strong>Content.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Continue <\/strong>and <strong>Test Action, <\/strong>and <strong>Publish Zap <\/strong>once the test is successful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_19e29ff448\">Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Publish your ContentBot.ai Document and view the results<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now Publish your document from the ContentBot.ai Document Library by selecting File -&gt; Publish -&gt; Zapier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"530\" src=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1-1024x530.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1-1024x530.png 1024w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1-768x397.png 768w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1-1536x795.png 1536w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-1.png 1596w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the document has been published it is placed in a queue, which is cleared and Processed when Zapier requests documents from ContentBot.ai, after this occurs you can view the new Shopify blog entry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"529\" src=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2-1024x529.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2-1024x529.png 1024w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2-768x397.png 768w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2-1536x793.png 1536w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Shopify-2.png 1597w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You have now successfully Created and run a Zap that creates a new Shopify Blog entry whenever a ContentBot.ai document is published.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Zapier automation that creates a Shopify blog entry from a new published document in ContentBot A Contenbot.ai document can easily be sent to Your Shopify store as blog entry.
