Please check that the correct <strong>ContentBot<\/strong> account has been selected, and then select <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Continue <\/strong>and <strong>Test Trigger, <\/strong>and <strong>Continue<\/strong> again once the test is successful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_cfcb0a3e60\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Configure the Action :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Create Campaign in Mailchimp <\/strong>action tile opens on the <strong>Account <\/strong>tab, (the <strong>App &amp; event <\/strong>tab is already populated).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please check that the correct <strong>MailChimp <\/strong>account is selected, if you have not yet connected your <strong>Mailchimp <\/strong>account, please select <strong>Sign in, <\/strong>then review and select the <strong>Accept button <\/strong>to authorise Access to Mailchimp<strong>.<\/strong> Then select <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check\/Populate the <strong>Action <\/strong>details, in this example we will keep the following prepopulated settings &#8211; where we use the ContentBot <strong><em>Title <\/em><\/strong>as the <strong>Campaign Name <\/strong>and <strong>Email Subject <\/strong>and the ContentBot <strong><em>HTML <\/em><\/strong>as the <strong>Email Content. <\/strong>Additionally we select the desired Mailchimp Audience and add an appropriate <strong>From Name<\/strong> and <strong>From email address<\/strong> (as these are required fields)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Continue <\/strong>and <strong>Test Action, <\/strong>and <strong>Publish Zap <\/strong>once the test is successful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_f090428aac\">Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Publish your ContentBot.ai Document and view the results<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now Publish your document from the ContentBot.ai Document Library by selecting File -&gt; Publish -&gt; Zapier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"546\" src=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-1-1024x546.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-1-1024x546.png 1024w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-1-300x160.png 300w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-1-768x409.png 768w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-1.png 1366w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the document has been published it is placed in a queue, which is cleared and Processed when Zapier requests documents from ContentBot.ai, after this occurs you can view the email campaign in Mailchimp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"530\" src=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2-1024x530.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2-1024x530.png 1024w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2-768x398.png 768w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2-1536x795.png 1536w, https:\/\/contentbot.ai\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/mailchimp-2.png 1597w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You have now successfully Created and run a Zap that creates a new Mailchimp campaign whenever a ContentBot.ai document is published.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Zapier automation that creates a Mailchimp campaign from a published ContentBot document A Contenbot.ai document can easily be used as the Basis for a MailChimp email campaign by using Zapier.
